Some people have suggested that Semi-Final 2 is less competitive than Semi-Final 1: that it will be easier to predict who might make into the Grand Final. After the last rehearsals and the Jury Show, we know now that this suggestion is untrue. Like Semi-Final 1, the performers and acts have been in a class of their own and all of them deserve to make it to the Grand Final. That said, here’s where we think the result will land on Friday morning.
These predictions aren’t necessarily an indicator of our preference—we’re saving that for a return of the famous New Zealand jury ahead of the Grand Final. These are our semi-educated guesses for the second semi-final only. As always, we could be completely wrong (though, we did get 7/10 for Semi-Final 1).
